Philip M. Rosenthal, Founder
Philip Rosenthal has worked with computers since 1979 and spent more than 25 years in law enforcement investigating digital crime with the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department in New York. In 1998 he created the department’s Computer Crime Unit. As a computer forensic investigator he lifts electronic fingerprints and electronic DNA from hard drives, phones and other storage media, much as a crime-scene detective lifts fingerprints from a doorknob.
He holds an M.S. in Counterintelligence from Texas A&M University and an M.A. in Psychology from Touro University. His training and certifications include:

Philip has assisted the FBI, the US Secret Service, the New York Attorney General, the Israel National Police, New Scotland Yard and many other agencies in high-tech cases. He is a member of the US Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force and the High Tech Crime Consortium (HTCC), and serves on the Board of Directors of the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).
He has spoken around the world on obsessive computer behaviors, computer-based child abuse, online bullying, online gambling and internet safety, and he teaches in both English and Hebrew. Mental health professionals, schools and community leaders call on him regularly for consultation.
Martin E. Friedlander, Esq. — Of Counsel
As an attorney, Martin E. Friedlander has practiced family and matrimonial law for over eighteen years, he started his career working for Jeffrey S. Sunshine, Esq. He is currently the principal of Martin Friedlander, PC, with offices in Midtown Manhattan. Mr. Friedlander has been co- chairman of the Family Law Section of the Brooklyn Bar Association and is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
He has lectured extensively on Family Law as well as the interaction between secular and religious law. Mr. Friedlander has handled hundreds of cases through trial and settlement. Mr. Friedlander has appeared regularly with Clients before Supreme Court, Family Court and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Department Appellate Division.
